Hello, We are very sorry to disappoint you. At O'Hara's Contracting we pride ourselves in assuring our sites are clean and the client is happy throughout the entire job. I apologize that we have failed you on this, There is no excuse and I apologize for not leaving the balcony to your expectations. The painting was only billed on a hourly basis and was an add on after the job was initially started. Unfortunately the white paint did not cover over the old brown/Tan in 2 coats. I was unaware you wanted a third. We spoke on the phone after the job and nothing was said about a third coat during our discussion about the 1 bedroom looking like it needed another coat.
I do appreciate the feed back and I do sincerely apologize for leaving a negative experience in our cleanliness. I have been in contact and will be sure to make it right any way I can.
