C&X(Sam) renovated our house this summer, and we have happily recommended them to friends and family for their great quality and professional conduct.

Cared about doing the work right and brought every existing issue to our attention. Kindly helped us with some small fixes and chores which were not in the contract. Delivered the project in a clean and tidy state.
Assured us that they'll help us with relevant issues after the work is done, and they quickly fixed minor items after the end of the project and full payment.

Even all his workers are excellent. What I like about Sam as a good leader. His workers do not leave any mess behind. Sam works long hours from 9 am till 8 pm with half an hour lunch and he eats in his truck. Thank you for everything

Sam and his crew did a beautiful job refinishing our existing stairs with new posts, new spindles and restraining them to match our new hardwood floor. They are so hard working, professional, courteous, reliable and make great effort to keep everything clean while they are working. I love love love their work! I will hire them again when we are ready for our next project.

I had really positive experiences with C&X. They added a bathroom to our basement, installed new flooring, gave us a beautiful staircase, and enlarged some doorways on our main floor. You can tell that Sam takes pride in his work and wants his clients to be happy with the finished product. I also loved that he completed the work in schedule and was accommodating to some last minute changes we requested. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

This is the second time we’ve used Sam and his crew. First time was for our bathroom Reno, and this time we renovated our entire main floor including a complete kitchen makeover, enclosing my office, taking down a half wall, new flooring and a new focal wall moving our fireplace. They do amazing work, are extremely mindful of trying to keep things clean during the entire reno, are very reliable and Sam always went the extra mile to make sure we were very happy with everything. Sam helped us to think about options throughout the renovation and kept everything on the planned time line. I cannot say enough about how hard this team works, and we’re so pleased with the quality of work and top notch service! Thank you C&X Construction for helping make my home look beautiful!

Sam and his guys renovated my basement with a new bathroom. It turned out amazing and I am very pleased with the high quality workmanship!! They were reliable and also cleaned up every evening prior to leaving for the day.
