When I noticed that our garage door opens and closes randomly, I hastily called Comfort Garage Door Repair Service for help. The specialist who facilitated the repair was very knowledgeable in his job because he was able to detect the problem with the garage door spring system at once. Safen came to fix our broken garage door the same day I called. He provided a quote over the phone without having seen the problem. After he arrived, it was evident to him that something was "weird" with our door (story of our whole house!). He replaced the spring and multiple points of connection, and after he was done, showed me where the door was likely to cause problems in the future. Even though the repair might have cost more than he was expecting, he charged the original price quoted over the phone. Because the original installation was non-standard, this door is likely to break again in the not too distant future, and we'll certainly be considering Comfort Garage Doors when we replace it!

I am very impressed with Mr.Safen's installation of my brand new revamped garage door. Long story short my nephew borrowed my car and came home one night and crashed and utterly rendered the door to my garage as useless. Mr.Safen solved my garage door problem because all the time when i replace the panels they wouldnt work well. He installed everything new from scratch and now everythings much smoother.

We were very happy with how quickly Sofen was able to come to our home to remove the old and install a new garage door opener. He is a very nice, polite young man. He was even able to look at our front door with a sticky deadbolt, even though this was not on the original work order. We would definitely recommend Sofen and Comfort Garage & Doors Inc.
