Avidor was great, prompt same day service, in a couple of hours the job was done. He arrived on time and he made recommendations which were all taken.
I'm very satisfied.

My garage door cable snapped and one of the springs was dangerously stretched and tensioned. I called Avidor and he showed up that same day to provide options and estimates. When I agreed to go ahead, he had to leave to pick up the new overhead spring and cable system and finish another job he had scheduled. Avidor came back VERY late that same night to do the job because he was so booked solid for the rest of the week and didn't want me to wait. Avidor takes pride in his work, is very thorough and I highly recommend him

My malfunctioning door was repaired quickly with attention to detail like adjusting the alignment to reduce noise and identifying a damaged hinge. I'm a retired home renovator, so I appreciated the workmanship as well as the clear explanation of a potential future issue with the 20 year-old torsion spring. On top of that, the technician was friendly and easy to discuss things with.

Great service and happy with results! We were offered alternatives for our broken opener and went with a new one. Once replaced, we received great demonstration and training on new door operations. The opener is great quality too. Definitely recommend!
