Thank you to Eco Star and Mr. Joseph for installing the above systems. They provide very excellent and professional installation on site, as well as the after service call. Mr. Joseph always gives me a fast call back, and solves my problems right away. The furnace runs warm in the winter and the A/C runs cool in summer. The tankless water heater is amazing, not only saving space, but money from electricity and water fees too. Finally we can also enjoy drinking very clean and healthy R/O water everyday.

Very good package price for all 3 upgrade installation. They have upgraded my furnace by just charging only the manufacturer price difference without any extra margin. Joseph, the sales Manager and Hans, installer both were super friendly, patient, very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. Hans and Guy did an awesome job with installation. I certainly recommend and trust Eco-Star for all the HVAC needs because of the professionalism they exhibited throughout my experience. I recommend my friend to them and he also got the same things done in less than a week and is also very happy.

My A/C broke down and we received a referral to Ecostar. Tracey responded to all my questions and returned my calls. At first the A/C installers informed me that they will need to open up the dry wall to install a 2nd pipe. I came home and noticed everything was installed and the dry wall was not affected. I was impressed and very happy with their service. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Sam and his crew were diligent and very professional from the beginning of the quote and answered all of our questions and recommended the exact right equipment for our townhouse. His technicians did a clean cut and very tidy job and replaced all necessary pipes. We never enjoyed cool air in our home and after 9 years we are so happy!

They replaced my AC and air handler in my unit and after was told it wouldn't work with my nest. The technician told me they are aware of issues with the units they are using in my townhouse complex using the Nest but the sales guy obviously just wanted the sale (he saw I had a Nest before the sale)

Joseph's response to me today was don't worry, it won't impact your heating in the Winter, it's only a problem in the summer when you use your AC. Call Nest to get help.

So I was sold a product knowing it wouldn't work with my thermostat, then tells me to call Nest after they are gone and paid up.

Unreal.

June 01, 2021 update:
Yes, the Air Conditioner still does not work. After all the visits since the install in 2019, all the claims that it could be my Nest, having me purchase a new Nest. A technician concluded the problem is the compressor. A brand new AC was installed and the compressor doesn't work. I'm on summer number # 2 with no AC. By the way, even after the problem has ben determined to be a bad compressor, I still haven't received anything about fixing it or replacing it.

This company is a complete joke.

They still haven't fixed my AC. I paid to have my working AC replaced with a new AC that doesn't cool my home.

I am very satisfied with the new Lennox air conditioner installed in last month. Because I am noise sensitive, an air conditioner with low decibels is significant to me. After the new air conditioner installed, the whole house including the 1st floor is cold enough. I do thank to Tracy who patiently and fully explained every details to me. This air conditioner meets our necessarily.
Highly recommend to anyone I know.

The staff are very professional from sales to installation. After installation, I had to call the sales for an issue I thought it was by the installation staff. The sales responded to call promptly. The installation staff came and explained to me that the issue was by another company and I agreed. The installation staff even helped me to fix this issue. I highly recommend this company to my friends for home services. Actually, it was my friend who recommended Eco Star to me for my old broken furnace in the coldest winter at the beginning of 2020!

Joseph was very responsive in providing a central A/C unit when we needed the most. He replied right away and responded to my calls promptly. He was available every time I had questions. Once I confirmed purchase, he setup install within 2 days. He dispatched the installers to come in at 6 pm and work late. This is very appreciated.

The installers, Li Sufu and his helper, worked very hard to get this done on time. They encountered challenges, but never complained. They worked late till 10 pm to finish the job. They were very professional, courteous and had a great attitude.

They removed the old unit, cleaned up the place thoroughly before leaving.

Now, the A/C unit works really well.
