Came home from a extended long weekend to find out the furnace had quit. Called Arseneau Home Comfort and they responded right away. Shifted some non-emergency jobs to fit me in and had a new furnace installed with 36 hrs of contact (could have been sooner but I pushed it out a day) . Very pleased with new furnace and the whole experience with AHC - showed up when they said they would and did the job they committed to. Would highly recommend. Price was very competitive, advice and service was outstanding. No complaints.

In 2013 I bought a very old home and unfortunately had problems every year with the furnaces, air conditioners, fireplaces and humidifiers (all of which I have two of) after four years of having different contractors in to try and remedy things and ultimately replacing both furnaces, I finally, with the help of Dave had a warm winter and a cooler summer. Not only does he know his “stuff” he takes great pride in making sure things are done right and he was definitely the most relaxed and pleasant person to deal with. Definitely my go to company in the future for any of my home comfort issues.

Dave was very professional with his work and did the servicing of our furnace in a timely manner. As he did the work, he also recommended a few other items to consider to operate our furnace at its optimum. We also had some concerns with our gas stove appliance, he inspected the appliance thoroughly and did leak test to put our mind at ease. Highly recommend this company!

As a Real Estate agent it's hard to find reliable contractors I can trust to send to my clients but I confidently refer these guys on a regular basis.

I woke up with no heat in the middle of January and Dave was able to help me troubleshoot the problem to just being a faulty thermostat and was able to come over and get me up and running almost immediately.

I wanted a newer smart style thermostat but didn't really know what the best solution to go with would be. Dave was extremely professional in helping me determine what my needs would be without pressurile or being pushy and you could tell he was really knowledgeable about his products and services and really enjoys what he does.

In the end I was able to choose an option I was very happy with and it wasn't even the most expensive but suited everything I needed. He gave me a tutorial on how to operate it and set it up on my phone.
