Working with Shiraz was an excellent experience from start to finish. He made multiple visits to my place to review the project with me and offered great suggestions which were very helpful to get the cabinet that we wanted. In the end everything turned out perfect, we could not be happier. This cabinet tied in a spot of the house that we were not sure what to do with . One last thing to mention is that Shiraz honoured his price from start to finish. The pictures speak for themselves.

Shiraz ans team are an absolute pleasure to work with. He gave me a reasonable quote that he met to the penny, and also a timeline that he met to the day. Our new kitchen is beautiful, and most important of all, my wife couldn't be happier with the work and the look of the new kitchen. The work was allotted to Shiraz with full trust, however he did not finish as planned - We are still left with Deck reno + driveway paint - I understand due to weather conditions this could not be done right now, totally understandable, however the deduction he made for this incomplete work was not acceptable. Unfortunately we did not get a proper price for work breakdown (at the onset of work), so we did not have much room to negotiate.

I would highly recommend Shiraz (for his quality of work) BUT would suggest to get a full breakdown of each task before onset of job

Shiraz and his team have done a great job in making our house a nice living space. They asked us for our feedback at every step and did the work to our complete satisfaction. They also suggested us options keeping our budget in mind. Our house is an ongoing project and Shiraz is our go to person. He has gained our trust in a short span of time. We left the house to him when we went for a week long vacation. He is really humble and hard working. We had a constraint that the work should be completed within a week and Melio Contractors agreed to take on the task. As promised, the work was completed within a week and to our satisfaction. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Based on the work done, we engaged with them again to renovate the main floor of the house and it was also a good experience. Their quotes are usually below the market rate and the work quality is good. Definitely recommended and will repeat
