One of my Shut Off Valves was leaking. Called around to get quotes. One company gave me a quote sight unseen; another gave me a quote from a poor pic I took (I didn't realize I had 2 shut off valves). Azan was the only one to ask for a full picture of the valves and meter, and suggested a better solution (ie, shut off valve before the meter, and a Hose Bib Adapter after the meter to drain the system when needed). He was very professional throughout, followed-up and confirmed, and let me know when he was running 15 minutes late due to traffic. I'm very glad I hired Azan.
