From the prompt response from Max, the quote within 24 hours was very satisfying and impressive to say the least. The job was very well organized - there were 4 trades involved and they were staged perfectly - almost as if as one was leaving the next was coming. The experience, and quality of workmanship were excellent as was the trades people themselves - they were very polite, respectful and patient in explaining everything to us. We are extremely happy with the quality and speed of this job. Max was available all the time and responded immediately when we contacted him.

Our project was organized very well by Max. All members of the team were friendly, respectful and did excellent work. Best of all, they were reliable and the project was completed on time and on budget.

My son recommended MKZ to come and fill the 17 odd shaped holes in my walls and ceiling left by the plumbers when they removed the old polyB pipes throughout the house. MKZ came in and did a great job. You can't tell where they patched the walls...even the paint tint was beautifully matched. I'm so glad I had them do this job for me

We recently purchased a new home and Max was able to provide a quote based on listing photos and floor plans. Once we took possession he had supplies being delivered the same day to make sure we met our timeline to get the ceilings done, prior to some other work we wanted to complete before moving in. The entire house (1990s) had popcorn ceilings with some staining in a few spots. One of Max's teams, Israel and crew, did an awesome job with the popcorn removal and flattening of the ceilings. After they were through, Manny the painter came in to finish it off with primer/paint. We are very happy with the look and the execution of the job.

The plumbers sawed open holes in my wall to change my pipes. This company MKZ repaired my walls wonderfully. They have excellent communication and responded promptly to my message on their website. Their employees were fantastic to deal with. Now my walls are smooth and ready to be repainted. Highly recommend.

From the insulation & vapor barrier crew, to the drywall crew and the taper, they were all fast, clean and did a good quality job.

We had some water damage on our main floor ceiling. Called MKZ after reading their reviews. Spoke with Max (Owner). Was great to deal with provided a quick and fair estimate to repair the water damage on ceiling and remove old popcorn texture and replace with knockdown. Repair work started within the week of reaching out for a quote. The work was completed on time and on budget and looks great!

We needed assistance with a small short term project, replacing drywall on multiple walls around the installation of new windows in our 1970s home. MKZ made this possible around a busy long weekend schedule and worked with us to ensure everything was done the right way. Although we had some awkward spaces they left us with surfaces that were easy to paint and tile. It's clear they have made their customers a priority. Highly recommend.

Max and company took control as soon as we decided what I wanted. Each day someone came in and did their particular job and left. It went very smoothly. I am very pleased with my finished basement room. Will be enjoying it for a long time.
