Third time I've had them back for additional work. All their work looks fabulous. I have no problem recommending this team.

Radek and Mike helped us with drywalling, electrical and window replacements as part of a basement renovation. They were upfront, punctual, hardworking, and easy to get along with. I'll be getting a quote from them for our next project.

Mike and Radek completed multiple jobs for us; hardwood install, laminate, luxury vinyl and ceramic tile. Also, floor, window, door and cabinet trim. They were polite, friendly, hard working and honest. You will be really glad you chose them to complete your renovation. Their work made my whole house come together and I genuinely feel that their work was the best money I spent during the whole rebuild.

What can I say, Mike and Radek we're awesome!

Here's what you can expect from these guys:

Punctual - From the first day they said they would drop by for a quote, to every day while on site - these guys were here on time, every single time!

Respectful - They care about what the customer wants and will listen and give good feedback. They never assumed anything and always made sure we were happy with every decision. We originally needed just a patio done but before work stated, we decided to have concrete footings put in place for future pergola. They were happy to do it. In the end, everything turned out perfect!

Friendly - Some contractors can seem intimidating but not Mike and Radek. They were super easy to talk to and get along with.

Professional - Everything they did on our project was perfect. They respected our property and cleaned up after themselves (you can see in the attached pictures they even replaced the sod around the patio).

All in all, our experience with Mike and Radek was spot-on. The attached pictures don't do enough justice - the patio looks so much better in person! I can't wait to furnish it and put up the pergola!

Radek and Mike showed up when they commited to and also kept us in the loop in advance if the work on timing. Radek provided us great stone recommendations that were budget friendly. They built out 19z19 patio in 3 days and it looks amazing. They were open to our questions and thoughts. They worked in a tidy manner and when they were done they took away all the waste etc so that we could immediately start enjoying our new patio. Surprisingly they brought sod to fill the gaps where the work was completed - a great value add!! recommended these guys!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Other companies came to review the job but weren’t interested because it wasn’t a big enough job. Radek and Mike came, reviewed and provided a competitive quote. Once they started, they worked nonstop and the end result is beautiful. So much so that I have them coming back for another job. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. I hope this review does justice to these guys. Radek and Mike did a great, great, great job. We needed interlocking tiles installed in the stepping area to the house, sides of the driveway and the backyard patio area. They showed up on time every single day, no excuse. The best part is that they made no assumptions on my behalf. They talked to me about even the smallest crooked angle resulting from my asphalt being off by less than an inch. Their prices are competitive and are totally trustworthy. Will definitely be hiring them for more work.

After having a terrible experience with another contractor I called in September the Smart Choice Contracting and I got a good price for my backyard interlocking. Radek and Mark start the work after a week and the job they have done in just 4 days, exceeded my expectation. They are very professional, organized, friendly, on-time, kept the area clean and the final product looks amazing.
I will definitely looking forward to doing another project with Smart Choice Contracting sometime in the future and I will recommend them to my friends as well.
