Gerrard and his team were great to work with, they were on time and have done a great job with the mold in the attic. All I can say is wow!! Gerrard’s service was exceptional. From being able to drop by same day to inspect and give us a quote to fitting us into his already busy schedule so we could maintain our timeline to put our house on the market, he was a pleasure to work with. His guys arrived on time and got right to work. The transformation in my attic was incredible. I would never have known there had been any kind of mold up there and it even looked like the wood was brand new. They were professional and conscientious about our space. Within 2 hours my attic was returned to a healthy space.

I had mold in my attic due to ventilation issue. I called Inspections Channel Inc. to treat the mold. Gerrard gave me the next available appointment and his team arrived right on time. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and did a fantastic job of getting rid of the mold and left no mess after they were done. Gerrard was very quick in providing the certificate, report and before and after pics. There charges were reasonable as well and their work was detailed and immaculate. Me and my family were very satisfied with their work.
