We had service done to our system. Lui was extremely professional, he provided great communication. I knew exactly when Lui would arrive and the estimated time for completion. I will also be informed when it's time for maintenance for the end of this season and start up for the next season. I put my request onto Homestars yesterday and Lui was at my house in just a few hours. He fixed my problem and his prices are very reasonable. He gives great advice and his service was courteous and professional. I will be using PT Irrigation going forward for all of my sprinkler needs. I am also happy because now that I have provided my email address, they will email me when it's time for maintenance or the start or end of season start up and shut down. That makes life much easier. Luis arrived on time and with a smile. He demonstrated great product knowledge by locating all of my sprinkler heads & water valves within minutes, testing the sprinkler system and setting up the timer. He answered my questions and showed me how to adjust the timer settings should I wish to adjust the timing we had set.

Very satisfied with the service from this company. Spoke with Lui to make arrangements and he was very accommodating for my schedule. The service tech showed up on time and worked efficiently and even let me know what needed replacing now and what could wait for a bit. Really appreciated the honesty. Pt irrigation is a great company, they were friendly and quick, the price was reasonable but the best part was the service they did to my front lawn, thank you pt irrigation
