Nick and his crew were able to start early and were very efficient in getting the job done which involved demolishing our old deck and then replacing it with a new one. In the process of construction, they discovered some water damage to our house that was created by the way the old deck was constructed. They were able to repair the damage and complete the deck within a reasonable time frame.

I would pay Nick the highest compliment because he acted at all times in our best interests and is a trustworthy individual. He saw what needed to be done, explained it to us and then got it done without wasting a lot of time. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick and would hire Nick again without hesitation.

Nick and Mike of Fineline carpentry were meticulous in their work. They created realistic timelines and estimates on cost and met these on both fronts.

Nick from Fine Line Carpentry did an amazing job within five days of cutting away the old
14‘ x 20‘ sundeck, replacing all the joists as well as facia boards and constructing a new compound wood (TREX) deck and matching staircase. It was easy to communicate with Nick and any questions were answered ahead of the work to be performed. His service is outstanding, and the cleanup impeccable. I would highly recommend his company.

We hired Fine Line Carpentry to install a foundation for our proposed Sunroom. Because this was a large sunroom, it required solid concrete floor. After meeting with several potential contractors, we selected Fine Line Carpentry based on several factors: Cost (although they were not the least expensive), their obvious understanding of the requirements as well as their obvious readiness to “work with us” to ensure that our needs and wants were addressed satisfactorily.

In addition to providing us with the foundation and pony walls for the sunroom, they provided extensive landscaping services for us. That included plans for landscaping the front and back yards. Our back yard has been reshaped for proper drainage, sub-surface drainage has been installed and new concrete sidewalks and a patio area have been poured.

They worked in quite demanding (wet and cold) conditions to ensure that their product was provided in a timely period. There have been no deficiencies with any of their work.

We are looking forward to this spring for the completion of the landscaping which includes sodding, plants and trees. We are confident that this phase will be great as well.
