We couldn't be happier with our new egress windows. The amount of light in our space now is truly transformative. The windows are beautiful, trimmed out professionally both inside and outside. And the mechanism works flawlessly. Kosta was very pleasant to deal with and we felt the price was reasonable. On the day of the job when a question arose the company responded immediately. The biggest surprise for us was how much soil was dug up and how unusable it was (clay and rocks). We originally had planned to use it in our garden. We appreciated that we were able to change the specs while the job was underway to have the soil removed. The crew were on time, respectful, efficient and very tidy. I hired Egress windows to add windows to my basement to give it a brighter main-level feeling. The windows match perfectly the design of my house and has made a significant difference in improving the overall look and feel of my house which I'm sure has increase its value.
