LAST SUMMER - NEW ROOF AND BALCONY RE- SURFACED ADDING PLANKS AND NEW RAILING. PAT AND HIS TEAM WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. RENO'S COMPLTED ON TIME AND WITHIN COAST. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PRODUCTS AND WERE ALWAYS WILLING TO LISTEN TO OUR IDEAS BEFORE MAKING ANY FINAL DECISIONS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We have worked with New Concept for over 6 yrs. They finished our basement and renovated most of our house in the Angus Glen area. They are awesome! Pat and Danny renovated my parents house in April 2019, it took 9 months to complete. We did an extension, renovated main floor and 2nd floor. It was a big project. Pat was trying his best effort for my parents to move in by Christmas which he did. He also help us to do the prep works (permits, drawings etc.) . He was trying to understand what we expected and gave us opinions. Of course there were times when we had different perspectives, Pat would respect our decision and he would tell us the pros and cons. He has an organized crew, crew members were very nice, polite and experienced. We were very pleased to have Pat, Danny and their crew to work for this project.

Have also done stone work on my verandah stairs last year and replaced the rod iron railings this year.

New Concept put my mind to ease! Always professional, punctual and pleasant to deal with. Our Indoor reno's on both floors included hardwood floors, tiles, trim, popcorn to smooth ceilings, paint, electrical. The outdoor reno's consisted of stone and a grand pergola. From day one, I was highly impressed with the workmanship, suggestions and dedication to move the project along efficiently. I felt the team at New Concept worked with me to achieve a beautiful outcome to cherish for years to come.

New Concept renovated my moms bathroom to make it wheelchair accessible with a roll-in shower. They were friendly, accommodating, and were very neat and quick. They take pride in their workmanship and are true perfectionists. Well done!

We have to say that they are very knowledgeable and organized in their work. They are efficient and always stick to schedule. The also know to surround themselves with reliable people in individual trades. Very detail oriented so not too many things overlooked. Simply put, they care about their work.

I have used the services of New Concept Contracting for several renovation projects. New Concept has renovated the kitchen, master washroom, main washroom, powder room and just recently the laundry room. They also installed the ceramic tiles in the hallway and hardwood flooring on the main floor. Pat Valerio, the business owner, is meticulous and takes great pride in his work. He provided good advice throughout the renovation process. The work was started and completed on time. And the work area was kept clean and tidy during the renovation process. I am fully satisfied with the renovations and doing business with Pat. Highly recommended.
