Initially, we called RAD Electric to install de-icing cables on our three flat roofs including a roof-mounted outlets back to switches at the main panel for each of the three roofs. We found the price to be reasonable and we decided to proceed. Ali showed up within a day or two and completed the job in two days. The work was first rate and the price was exactly as quoted although there were a few complications that arose that could not have been foreseen while quoting. The job site was kept clean at all times.

After the roof job was done, we decided that we need more lighting in a few rooms of our home. Ali did this right away for us. He installed ten potlights in our kitchen and four more in our family room at a flat rate per light. There was absolutely no damage done to the existing ceilings and everything was covered with plastic sheets to minimize dry-wall dust. The results were amazing.

Finally, we asked for some additional outlets and picture lighting above some of our wall paintings. This too was done promptly, cleanly and professionally.

In summary, Ali was amazing to work with and did everything that we asked of him and more. He even helped me to fix some of our deck boards that had become loose. He understands customer service better than most and went out of his way to please us. RAD Electric will be the only electrical firm that we will be using for future projects. In additional, Ali is a general contractor and has all of the trades required for any type of home renovation.

Ali has been amazing to deal with from the get-go. Excellent communication leading up to the appointment and on the day of the job, Ali showed up prompt and on time. The installation itself required quite a bit of ingenuity since we live in a 1920s house. Ali was able to problem solve with ease the various issues and kept us informed about the process through the entire installation. Furthermore, Ali reviewed in detail the specs of the exhaust fan, allowed for an installation of a timer (we love this option) and kept damage to our drywalls to a minimum. Upon the completion of the job, Ali completed numerous tests in order to make sure that the operation of the fan and switch were as expected, did an excellent clean-up job and sealed the various access points to the drywall. We loved the service from start to finish. Will absolutely use him /his company again.

We had Ali visit the home we had just moved into to do some upgrades for us. This included adding a dedicated circuit, installing a new bathroom extractor fan and upgrading some electrical switches to correct some unsafe wiring. Ali was a true professional in completing the work and left the house spotless after completing his work. Thanks Ali!

I had my whole basement re-wired to a new circuit box ,he was done in a matter of no time unexpectedly in a couple days I was able to get the basement finished in the time that it was scheduled to be finished
