Great Wall Masonry is a pleasure to work with! We enlisted their services on two occasions and they provided us with exceptional service. Daniel is extremely pleasant and exhibited great professionalism when discussing the work that needed to be done. Wish all contracting companies had a Daniel, projects would be so much more enjoyable.
We received a fair estimate, decided to hire them and we were happy we did. The team did an outstanding job sourcing and matching the existing brick and mortar colour! Special mention to Greg, the brick and mortar specialist! As a fickle home owner, Greg listened to our concerns and was quick to understand and correct our concerns to perfection. He was very pleasant, respectful and easy to work with. They were very thorough and meticulous when completing the brick work, tuck pointing and parging. We appreciated the time that was taken to ensure the job was done well.
A year later (summer2021) we needed an existing concrete patio removed and again looked to Daniel and his team to complete the work in the time we needed and at a reasonable price. Daniel and his team completed the job in the estimated time frame quoted. Brittany whom which we corresponded with in regards to the estimate and dates was very responsive and quick to respond to all inquiries. She even made an effort to check in to make sure we were happy with the work being done.
Great Wall Masonry is reliable, trustworthy, professional and was an extreme pleasure to work with. We will definitely be contacting them again when we require any more related services to be completed on our home. Highly recommended!

They surveyed the whole house before starting and noticed some extra stuff to be done. Parging and brick work was done to perfection! Will definitely go with them again for any of my future parging work.

Daniel and the crew did an incredibly professional and careful job rebuilding my chimney, and cleaned up immaculately after. Daniel was a pure pleasure to deal with, and I've already requested a quote on another job.

We recently had a large brick wall removed from beside our driveway. It was old and crumbling. We contacted Great Wall Masonry and they sent out Daniel to survey the job and give us a quote. He was very pleasant to deal with and gave us a fair price and reasonable time frame to get the work done. He also was able to quote on a bit of touch up work on some other small brick work that needed to be done.

When the time came Daniel and his assistant Dave showed up as scheduled and performed all the work as desired. Their attitude and work were excellent. The site was cleaned up in an excellent manner as one can appreciate how dusty and dirty it was. Even the neighbour was thoroughly satisfied.

Brittany who communicated with us from the office was great as well. She was very courteous and followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Daniel and Greg did a great job on repairs to my stone steps and patio area. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and completed work quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use their service again.

Our experience with Great Wall Masonry was excellent! Highly recommended. Their prices are quite reasonable and they treat clients with patience and respect. This is how all companies should function. We had Dan come to do an estimate for repairing some brick work, tuckpointing and doing some parging around our house. He took the time to listen to our concerns, gave some excellent suggestions on repairs and thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done. He was genuine and honest, so we requested him specifically to do the repairs. We were scheduled a week or so later. Dan and Greg worked hard to get the work completed and went above and beyond what was expected. They were careful around our garden beds and did a top notch job cleaning up afterwards. Dan also took the time to explain their work and checked in during the process as requested. While they were on site, we also got messages from the main office by Brittany checking in to see if there were any issues or concerns that we had and to make sure we were happy with the work being done. There was a very minor issue that needed to be fixed afterwards and they came back without any hassles whatsoever and were more than pleased to make whatever fixes required to ensure that we were pleased and fully satisfied. Cannot ask for a better experience and a more trustworthy business. Dan and Greg's work look amazing and I don't need to worry about future issues as they are highly skilled in the trade. Great team!

Daniel did a great job for us. Provided a detailed quote without sales pressure, work quality was great, provided some good suggestions during the project and put in extra effort to complete on time. Overall a very positive experience!

Great job on repairing stone fire place attached to Gazebo ,the fire brick had fallen completely off the front side and had dropped into the pit , they explained the work they were doing , cleaned black stains from stone work as well , cleaned up work area prior to leaving , see before and after photos ( no photos of the inside fore brick work which was the big portion of the job)

Great Wall repaired the mortar between the bricks on the exterior of my home that had eroded due to time and elements (therefore enabling water to seep inside). Daniel and his crew were skilled, professional, and had an incredible work ethic and eye for detail. They fixed small issues around the house (broken masonry on garage and broken stone on pathway) without any extra charge. Their work was perfect. They arrived on time, performed the work in the time they said they would, and left the job site clean. Amazing business. Best customer service I have ever experienced.
