We had just purchased our condo (~1500 sq. ft) and needed a complete interior overhaul. Jeff had been hired by the Condo Board to do the exterior paint work so we asked if he could do our interior work. This included:
- removing the popcorn ceiling, patching and doing a level 4 (and 5 in places) drywall finish suitable for painting
- removing wallpaper, wall repair and painting
- removing old carpet and old hardwood then installing new hardwood
- baseboard removal and new baseboard installation
- wall paint throughout, including prepping doors and trim and painting

The condo is 40 years old and there was lots of tricky, finicky work.

Jeff's quality of work is superb. He is very well educated/informed about what he does and will explain the process very clearly. He stands by "Do it right the first time". When any decisions need to be made he will talk with you about options rather than just proceeding on his own. He even helped choose our baseboards and wall paint color as the wife and I couldn't agree.

We recently had Jeff do some Tiling in our Kitchen, we wanted a Herringbone Back Splash, Jeff did a GREAT Job he has a great eye for detail. Jeff made sure the area was kept clean and did a wonderful job. We look forward to having Jeff back to do some painting for us in the Spring.

Jeff performed the duties on the 2 projects on time on budget with no call backs. He did the projects on the dates he said he would start.

Jeff completed a top to toe renovation on a duplex before I listed it for sale. The work included painting all walls and trim and organizing refinishing hardwood and carpet install. Jeff was meticulous about the work and expected those helping him to be too. As the place had previously been rented there were a few surprises like broken door fittings. Jeff took extra time to fix these and made sure everything worked. I would definitely recommend his services - thanks again!
