Queensbath Renovation

I had a bathroom to be renovated. A friend recommended Queensbath Renovation to me. I talked to Queensbath owner John in May and was scheduled in early June. John was easy to communicate and gave some good suggestions. Work started as scheduled and was done professionally, garbage cleaned well. John also helped me to pick up toilet from Homedepot and other stuff from retailer store. I would highly recommend Queensbath Renovation to anyone who wants a reliable renovation company!

My master bedroom only had a 2 piece. I wanted a shower for years. I contacted a few contractors.

I asked Mr. John to renovate my two bathrooms because of my friend's recommendation. He is a responsible guy who is willing to think over your requirement and finishing the pleasant work. Moreover, he will give you many advises to get your design improved. Anyway, if you are looking for a renovation expert who can do a professional job with the reasonable price, he is the right guy.

After 3 quotes from other companies, my husband and I decided to use Queens Bath for our 2nd floor 3 bathrooms renovation. Our experience in working with Q.B. was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From the initial meeting with John, measure the area, talk about the designs and requirement, provide us the plan and timeline and the follow up calls thereafter John put us at ease with the project.

Start date was scheduled and it started right on time!!! John and his team only work on one project one site at a time and we couldn’t be more thankful of that (heard many bad stories about reno companies open multiple projects at the same time).

We were very impressed with the quality of their team work and the knowledge they brought. John and his team were very professional, efficient and attentive to all of our questions. John provided alternative solutions when and as needed so that we could make an informed decision on what would work best. John made the best dust shield in the bedrooms so the dust didn't go everywhere. I still had clean bed to sleep at night :-). At the end of the day they always cleaned the mess and organized their tools. John is not a type of business man only looking for money, he values reputation , he thinks it is more important than money in order to stay in this business. The company is trustworthy and as far as home renovation projects go this was by far the best renovation experience we’ve had. At the end the billing process was smooth and accommodating.

I can't say enough words of praise about John and his crew! We had arranged for them to change our bathroom flooring with new tile, as well as shower room renovations . John also installed new freestanding bathtub and faucet, my bathroom totally looks different! I could see that they had cleaned up most of dust, John also rent a vehicle removed all trash from my garage. They did a fantastic clean up job, which is so important to me. He came back right away to fix a few small details that needed attention, and always arrived when he said he would. If you can manage to get this company to find time for your renovations, go for it! We will never use anyone else for any renovations!

As I really want to have bubble bath at home, I would like to change the shower to the bathtub for the bathroom. Since it is downtown condo, many renovator does not want to come or not very keen about it. I was then referred to Queen’s bath by a friend of mine. Patrick from queen’s bath has been very patient and accommodating. At our first meeting, he answered my questions for about three hours. Later his team has provided all the documents (insurance and liscense) and sample materials that condo management board needs for approval. He has also finished the job earlier and better than I expected. They did a fantastic job on both bathroom renovation and painting. We really appreciat the efforts. We would definetly recommend their team for any future jobs. Thank you!
