I told you weeks ago when you first contacted me this spring that I would replace it. I know there was a screw up and I acknowledged that and said I would take care of it.
Continually sending me ignorant messages multiple times a week looking for an exact date doesn't speed me up. The season has just started and we'll get to it.
I don't need to come out and see it again, I know what it looks like.
I told you I'd replace it and I will.
The sealer has nothing to do with it.

And has now been replaced May 29 2023 as I said it would.
The issue was a bad batch of concrete from the plant and they provided new concrere free of charge.
Hi Janet
Thank-you for your comments.
Scheduling was a little off during your project but I'm glad we finished strong.
Cheers

The type of repair you're looking for isn't something we do. We know how to do it very well but it's very time intensive in that it takes at least three trips to the property to complete the repair.
It's not complicated but it does take time and certain hand tools to complete. It's relatively simple so I'm happy to have helped you complete it and save some money.
Good luck and thank you for the review.
Cheers,
Wade
Thank-you Nathan
You're a true Gentleman
Things happen, thank you for being straight with me. I appreciate the honesty.
Hope everything works out for you.

Good finished product and careful workers
I'm glad you noticed how careful my guys are, mishaps happen occasionally which is unfortunate but we do our best to avoid them. My guys are hard working and motivated so sometimes I have to remind them to slow down a little anytime they're doing machine work near a structure or when doing other critical work like layout, concrete finishing, etc, that it's ok to be methodical when needed. There's lots of things we can do in a hurry to save time but not at the expense of quality or at the risk of causing damage. Being highly organized and using the right equipment is the best way to save time in my opinion.
Happy New Years,
Wade
Good morning JGP,
I'm glad you're happy with the process ave the final result. I was glad to hear from you after quoting you the year before.
Having the right equipment makes heavy duty jobs like concrete a lot easier as does having professionally skilled tradesmen.
The "boom truck" as you put it is the concrete pump truck which we use on every job. Nothing irritates me more than seeing other companies backing a 20+ ton concrete truck over a freshly prepped driveway which creates big ruts in the base material and bends the rebar so it never sits properly again, certainly not in the middle of the slab where it belongs. Yes it adds to the cost but our clients, such as yourself, are searching for a getting quality project that's done to an engineered spec, not a sloppy job done on the cheap.
I look forward to seeing you again when we're out in the area again this summer.
Cheers,
Wade
Hi Rick
You forgot "Good Looking" LOL ....
I'm glad it all worked out well for you and that you're happy with our entire process.
Thank-you for the review.
HAPPY NEW YEARS
Wade
Thank-you David for your repeat business and for posting the review. I think you meant 2023 for your next project as I know you're interested in getting that property wrapped up.
I look forward to seeing you again in the spring.
Happy New Years,
& All The Best

I'm glad you're happy with the service and the quality of work. Yes sometimes things happen like weather, breakdowns, etc that cause delays or a change in our schedule, so sorry for the timing change of the pour.
In regards to the apron portion of the project. My quote sheet is a template which shows our engineered level spec, the scope of work is handwritten and clearly shows "driveway and apron"
as the only two words on that line. The quote which you had time to read, go over at your leisure, then sign and send to me later after I left the property is pretty straight forward. Ultimately your property looks better because the apron portion was replaced and matches the rest of your concrete work.
I'm glad your neighbours weren't inconvenienced too bad in spite of your home being on a very narrow residential street.
Happy New Years,
Wade
Our main focus is replacing "CONCRETE DRIVEWAYS", “GARAGE FLOORS" and “ASSORTED FLATWORK” for COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS.
That's why our company name is CONCRETE REPLACEMENT EXPERTS. We specialize in one particular part of the concrete industry and try to keep that as our unique niche INCREDIBLY FAST RESPONSE TIMES and VERY PERSONALIZED CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THINGS WE DO NOT DO
Sorry but we do not build foundations, retaining walls, do crack repair, or lift driveways we only replace them.
