I called them in early june to redo my garage, i've tried painting it myself for the past 2 years which was chipping they showed up on time for the scheduled installation. The crew was great and friendly.

I just wish I went with a darker colour,

My floor was in really bad shape they came in on time and took their time to fix the floor before putting the epoxy down really happy with the final product. Defiantly would use them again.

my experience is the worst ever in my life. Tony was the one who made the contract ,i accepted all the terms , he did part of the project ,after I paid him also in cash, he jerked my around for weeks and now he supposed to come and finish the other garages and nobody showed up. I called and text message even the owner but no reply .Very poor business people , i would never recommend this company ,they are not professional ,they don't stand by their word and the contract means nothing to them. Very disappointed , by now i could have completed my project if I had called someone else, but because I am honest I honoured the contract and waited for them.BIG MISTAKE !

If you want a company that gets epoxy on everything (hardwood floor, door handles, walls, driveway, doors, trim, baseboards), making sure the finished product is blistering, bubbling and covered with debris, only to have them redo it and have it look marginally better, this is the company to use! On top of the incredibly poor work, they also managed to hit one of our vehicles with their truck door.
Getting a hold of somebody initially was easy (it's all about the sale!). Getting a hold of somebody after the work was done to fix the mess was near impossible. They didn't seem to feel that the sharp three dimensional debris embedded in the epoxy was an issue worthy of their time, and neither was the shoddy quality of the installation. During the initial consultation, we were told an inspection would be done the day after the floor was completed, this never happened.
Initially the full flake was recommended as the floor seemed to be too bad to have a smooth finish. After the floor was sanded and cleaned up, the installer indicated that a smooth finish was possible. After the first coat of epoxy was done and the imperfections were pointed out, we were told that the second coat would cover all that and a smooth finish would be the end result. This was not the case. The fact that we changed our minds from full flake to smooth finish is not a reason to provide a poor quality finish. We were expecting a warehouse floor style finish and we certainly didn't get it!

The team at coat systems is professional and reliable. The job was done and finished on time. I would recommend to all family and friends. Great work and a great crew.

Hired this company in March of 2021 to epoxy approx. 3000 sq.ft. in a new warehouse and mark forklift parking spots with yellow lines.

Yellow lines were painted crooked and the surface was not consistently smooth. Was offered a 10% discount which was agreed to however after less than 6 months the epoxy started to flake off and I contacted the company to arrange a repair, was initially total that they would not honour their "7" year warranty as we had accepted a discount (which was not in any way disclosed when we agreed to the 10% discount. After weeks of emailing and calling the company I was able to get them to come in to start the repair, they hired a 3rd party contractor who started to remove the remaining old epoxy however after finishing half the repair preparation they have not responded to phone calls, texts or emails. I will be taking them to court to seek a remedy.

Great customer service and a professional job done. The company was quick to respond to my request for an online quote. Tony came out to take the measurement of my garage and front porch. He explained how the work would be done, showed me samples and scheduled the time. Paper work followed in the same day. On installation day, the crew showed up on time. They were professional and courteous. They painted the space between the walls and the floor at the same height as the base of my front porch. They also painted the step to the garage floor. The result was stunning.

Hired the company paid extra to split the job over 2 separate visits workmanship was very poor. Complained and it’s been over2 months and I have been told they will not come back until I pay final balance which is outstanding but majority of the floor has separated and is falling apart. Needs to be totally redone. Company says they are very busy and don’t know when they can get back. Very disappointed
