2 large decaying trees needed to regretfully come down. Mike and his crew were thoughtful in their approach, prepared for foot and vehicle traffic and safety, prepared for a speedy cleanup and the efficient removal of debris. Mike was very professional with his plan and discussed all choices with us. I would not hesitate to recommend Forestwood Tree Services and have already discussed a Spring pruning on additional mature trees on our property. As Mike said “they are good people” who are knowledgeable, efficient and fairly priced. We were very satisfied.

Mike and his team were great. They were on time, efficient, and very courteous. Trees look great and I can see out of my windows again and no more hanging over the eavetroughs. Also they cleaned up all the cuttings and left it spotless.

Michelle who answered the phone, was extremely kindand offered to try and help me out, even though their jurisdiction was upto Etobicoke and I lived in North York. Mike and Michelle came over gave me a reasonable quote. And agreed to do the job. They even prioritized the job to accommodate my work schedule. Their crew arrived on time, were extremely professional and courteous and did an outstanding job. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Mike and his team were excellent. Very well done, careful with the existing gardens, and cleaned up after the job was done. Professional, polite, courteous. The two arborists were very knowledgeable and helped me decide what needed to be done.

I had a dead tree in my backyard. I contacted 7 highly rated companies from Homestars on August 13. Mike came the same day to give an estimate. The estimate of $500 sounded very reasonable, in fact lower than I expected. Nevertheless, I wanted to check with some other companies to see what they would offer. The next best estimate was $1200, which gave me a service date for mid September. So, I decided not to wait to hear from other companies. Mike and his team of 5 people came after on August 17 and finished the work in 2 and a half hours. And they did a great job leaving no waste afterwards.

What impressed me about Mike and his team were their positive attitude. They enjoy cutting trees. I did not hear any complaints or whatsoever during the process even though the dead tree turned out to be very dry and unstable. I recommended them to my next neighbour and will recommend to anyone who wants tree services.
