Forestwood Tree Service

We had 4 old cedar trees in our backyard about 20 feet (6m) high that were long past their prime, a birch tree with multiple dead branches and a shrub that had outgrown its boundaries.

Mike was the first of the HomeStars references to arrive. Friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable with him and his quote but, in fairness, we said that we wanted to hear what the other companies that were referenced had to quote. He understood.

One other company came in person to quote. Another company asked for a photo and quoted based on the photo. Both quoted more for less (i.e. no shrub trimming or birch tree pruning) We hired Forestwood and we're more than pleased that we did!

Mike and his friendly crew (which includes an arborist) arrived on time and did everything they quoted they would do very quickly and made sure that we were satisfied with their work - including the cleanliness. They even cut the birch tree limbs into fire-place size pieces and trimmed additional limbs at no additional cost.

As per the title of this revue, if you are looking for someone for this type of project - look no further.

My backyard had a large maple that needed to be pruned. Mike came by to give an estimate and answered any questions that I had. He was friendly professional and knowledgeable.

Mike and his team arrived on time, we reviewed what needed to be done and everything was completed safely and the backyard was cleaned up after the work was done. They did an awesome job pruning the tree. I'll definitely be using them for future work.

We hired Forestwood to take some branches off our Maple tree. They were very responsive, on time, and friendly. I would hire them again for my next one!

Mike and team were hired to remove two cedars and trim/elevate two trees. Spent a few hours working with me to make sure my requirements were met and cleaned up when they were done. Recommend including Forestwood as an option.

Professional and knowledgeable! Hedges are so much better, evened out cleaned up. They also removed a large cedar that was pushing on the fence and giving squirrels access to the roof. Everything was cleaned up and I was given recommendations for fertilizer. I am pleased and will use them again.

Great service, I called Michelle to inquire of the removal of two cedars and she was able to arrange to have someone come by the very next day. Mike came by the next day and quoted and had the two cedars removed the very next day.

The two cedars were removed and stumps grinded, area was very clean when I returned home from work.
