Octopus Royal fixed my squakey dryer - very professional, speedy and reasonable! highly recommended. I would use them again.

We were very pleased with the prompt service that we received. Ofer replaced the Motherboard, cleaned the condenser etc and explained everything he was doing. He gave us the exact cost prior to starting his service call which we certainly appreciated. We would highly recommend the excellent service Ofer gave us and enjoyed chatting to such a personable worker.

Called for service in the evening. Was given a window of 9 - 11:00 the next day. Serviceman (Ofer) arrived , he was very polite and enthusiastic to repair my dryer, investigated the situation, told me and showed me what was causing the problem, gave me an estimate, which was less than I had budgeted for to get it repaired instead of buying a new one, I agreed with the estimate and gave him the go-ahead, he needed to come back next day with parts, came early next day, replaced the parts, gave me some hints for the future on keeping my appliance clean and running smoothly, we shook hands, I asked for his card so I could refer him to my friends and he was off. All in all a very pleasant experience which is not usually the way you'd describe an appliance service call!
