First Igor came by for an estimate after first discussing the project in the phone, and explained well my options and gave me an estimate more in line with my expectations of the project than a couple of other estimates I had rec’d, and a much better turn around time to the install date than the others as well, and met that. Sergei and crew came by on the install date, and were polite and friendly and made a very efficient removal and installation of the new windows, and I am very happy with the results.
I would recommend Comfortec, and will be calling them first for any future projects for sure

Hired Igor and his team to remove and install new windows and exterior doors throughout. We did a retrofit installation and are very happy with the installation and product. We’ve already noticed a huge change in temperature within the house. The team was professional and efficient throughout the process. We received a few quotes from other companies and they were competitively priced. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

The rear patio was replaced in a prompt manner. Door is now really nice smooth to open instead of my old door which was old and heavy. Happy with patio so far with no issues.

Replaced front windows and door. Igor was very detail oriented. I was impressed because he was really meticulous with details even color of the hinges! The installation was done perfectly and Sven even put in some trims to make sure the new windows look nice. The peephole of the door was installed backwards and was fixed right away. Really love the new door especially and impressed with the company's work and dedication!

The installers were very courteous and worked efficiently and quickly. They did a good job cleaning up after the installation.
