In late October 2020 I had a relatively small but pressing window project that I wanted done ASAP.
Recently I had noticed several, impressive, finished window projects in my neighbourhood and learned that they were done by AMICA WINDOWS & DOORS. However, I was concerned that my job might be too small for them. What the heck; I called them anyway and spoke with Michael Radocchia and was pleased to find that he would be only too happy to come over, have a look and give me a quote.
Michael really knows his stuff and he “thinks outside of the box”. He gave me some smart suggestions and a quote that was the fairest I had received.
The job was completed very soon after and I could not have been more pleased with the results.
Michael will be my go-to-guy for all future window and/or door projects going forward.

I had Amica windows replace my front main room window and 3 bedroom windows. When i met with Michael he was very professional and catered to what i needed and the bonus part was that it was within my budget. I can't say enough to how these windows changed the look of my home but as I said to Michael after george the installer had completed the job my house looked like a million bucks and especially with the new look window in the front. Very impressed and I have to say george the installer was great to deal with aswell and I will definitely deal with Amica again when the time is right. Thank you again guys!

Michael is very responsive, provides outstanding customer service and a competitive quote. He is who you want to go with when you’re looking to get a new door. Michael is honest (does not oversell- recommends options based on our needs) and installation was efficient. We are so happy with our door- thank you!

I am completely happy with the quick response and excellent service of Michael, who fit me into a very busy, backlogged schedule even though my window job was smaller than many others. He answered every question immediately and to my satisfaction. George, the installer, was totally professional and efficient. He did a beautiful job of finishing the outsides of the windows, going well beyond what he had to do to make the trim match the surrounding woodwork. I am spreading the word around my neighbourhood!

I found Amica this past May, when I began renovating my newly purchased bungalow. The windows hadn't been touched in 60 years. I had Amica redo all my windows and doors. Although, some aspects of the installation were less than ideal (namely the trim), the customer service was superb so most of the issues were addressed. I will go as far as saying that Michael has the best customer service (by a long shot) of any trade I dealt with. The price was fair, and Michael was always responsive. The project was also completed within estimated time. Highly recommend.

Michael is the most responsive person I have dealt with in relations to a project. He basically fit every single check mark on the check list in accordance to the PMP requirements. A job like mine is truly considered minor compared to what some of the people are dealing, as I simply need a shattered patio door replaced. However, Michael's professionalism didn't change due to the small job that I have. In fact he and Alex are as professional as what some of the other comments others have left on this site and other sites on the web, as these are also what lead me to Amica in the first place.

I would definitely recommend them and should I need windows replaced in the future, I would definitely give them a call again.

Michael coordinated the contract from start to finish to replace two entrance doors at my 55 year old brick bungalow, including masonry work to decommission and brick in a wood milk box and to replace a concrete door sill. Replacement doors are solid fiberglass, with multi-point locking systems. The colour and hardware were exactly what I had in mind. Timely updates due to Covid delays were received. The install date came and went smoothly. You could not ask for more professional and courteous contractors. We liked the elegant look of the doors so much, we decided to forgo the screen doors. The doors are massive and substantial, with good locking systems. They add value and curb-appeal to the property.

Michael was a pleasure to work with. Starting from quoting the job all the way to completion Michael was always in contact and available for any questions. Alex's installation was great, he was also very knowledgeable about windows and the process and gave us some great information. Michael came to visit during the install process as well as once completed and took the time to check each window that was replaced. There was a small issue with one screen, Michael quickly brought to the manufacturer for repair and returned to us within a matter of days. We have received a number of compliments on the new windows, would highly recommend Amica Windows.
