I had shingles coming off my roof due to high winds and some of my roof ply were exposed. I called REID Residential Roofing. The owner Jeff Reid came out the next day and temporarily sealed my roof until a proper roof can be done. This was the first time I had ever met Jeff. I was very happy with the result. Jeff had to replace missing and damaged shingles. While he was up on the roof he saw a few more that could be a
problem and they didn’t match the other shingles so he replaced them. He also seen our eaves trough was pulling away from the house so he fixed it where needed. He definitely went above and beyond. He was supposed to come on a certain day, couldn’t make it until the next day, as it was a really bad storm days before, and he was major busy, texted told us he would be there next day. When he came he charged us less than he originally said, as he wasn’t there the day he said he would be. I would
recommend Jeff, and will definitely use him for my next repair, and new roof.
