Genesis Land Surveying Inc was contacted for the project of providing our company with the survey for two apartment buildings. The project was urgent . It was completed in timely fashion, we received file in PDF and CAD, electronically and via mail . All and any of our requests were fulfilled ( example- we asked for with the contour lines in order to model the site) , all questions were answered with the great details .

In researching local survey co's I poured over 4-5 of the most notable to find the best fit. Some only offered 2 monument markers instead of the expected 4, some offered a 1-on-1 consultation to go over the survey once complete and some included intermittent side markers that made the length of our property more visible for our upcoming home reno's . Genesis either offered these out of the gate or readily agreed to offer what they didn't initially in order to earn our business. Amar provided me with a quick competitive written quote to complete a property survey of my home so that I could apply for permits for my home renovation including two additions. Amar made himself available to answer my questions and he was very professional and easy to talk to. The survey was very detailed and well executed and I was provided with both soft and hard copies. I would have liked to have a better sense of the timeline for completion but nonetheless I would definitely recommend Genesis if you’re in need of a Surveyor.

Needed a residential property survey for building permits. Genesis responded to my request for a quote right away. Their quote was fair, and the work done well and on time. I called Amar Loai about staking our townhouse complex . He and his team were wonderful. They quoted me a reasonable price to stake 212.5 meters of fence line. He made time to speak to our contractor to answer their questions. He and his crew completed the work on the May 24th long weekend.
