RenoDuck - Basement Renovation & Finishing

I have hired Renoduck to finish our walk out basement in Tottenham. I was impressed by the initial estimate and the straight forward approach to the process. From payment schedule, to following up on the progress of the renovation to timelines. Wife and I were impressed and could not have wished for more.

Our son needed his own room in our basement and we came to Alex and a RenoDuck team. They absolutely exceeded our expectations. Not only did he have creative solutions for our basement space, he and his team were on time, professional, and actually a joy to have in the house. For a project that necessarily involves coming into someone's hearth and home, I think it really matters that the contractors are not only professional, but friendly and approachable which they were. We added work as we went along, and Alex was fair and flexible about changes - we even gained a storage room we didn't hope for, thanks to Alex's ideas. We are unbelievably pleased with our renovation and the fact we have "gained more house" in the effort. Thanks RenoDuck team!

Great experience with RenoDuck team. They did full renovation of our basement, they quoted us reasonable price with flexibility for us to control our total cost. They cleaned up at the end of every day so it didn’t feel like we are in a construction zone. Now we have cozy, nice place where to entertain our guests. I had a great experience with Renoduck. I got 3 different quotes. Renoduck's price was competitive and timeline was almost twice shorter than others. They promised that project will be done in 6 weeks and it was done in 6 weeks. Project Manager Darius was on top of everything. It was like well oiled machine, one crew leaves another crew comes in.
