I had a very small job that needed attention. David was quick to respond and did a great job within one day. He was quick and efficient and even sent me pictures before and after.

They're very professional, came on time and complete the work as they promise me.

Called back promptly - Came to our home the next available appointment and gave us honest and clear feedback or our damage - which ended up being minimal. No up-selling whatsoever. Would certainly refer to colleagues and friends.

Contacted a few companies. Dave from Contractor Pass came by that very afternoon to provide a free estimate. Once we agreed on the work and cost, he returned with Anton and his team. They quickly isolated the specific areas, removed the mould, identified the source, treated the affected areas. and cleaned up. Anton and Dave are very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. The whole team is very friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Dave regarding a demolition job in my condo. From the beginning till the end his team were absolutely fantastic and professional with the quote estimation and carrying out the job. They finished the job with minimal disruption and properly cleaned up after as well. I'm thoroughly satisfied with their work. Very efficient and polite. These guys came right away to evaluate the situation.
They got right to work, and brought in their heavy duty equipment to dry up and clear out the space.
After 48 hours, they returned to assess, and decided to extend the drying service over the weekend at no extra cost!!

Had small water leakage that seeped into the carpet and joyce. Team came equipped with moisture sensor andthermal camera for a free consultation. Since problem was minor, suggested that I continue to dry the carpet myself withthe fan i had installed. Great service and no charge for assessment. Did not unnecessarily charge me for a service i didn't need. Will definitely recommend.

We had a leak in our home that resulted in mould buildup. We contacted a number of companies and Anton came out right away to investigate and provided a reasonable quote in a very timely fashion. Of note is we had other work scheduled to be done a specific day. We needed Anton to be there for 11am and for the job to be completed by 1pm. This was critical as the other work could not be done until the remediation was completed. Anton was on-time and brought two additional workers, at no additional cost, and the job was completed in one hour. Anton is a true professional and was great to deal with. We would definitely use Anton's services again.
