Chris and Kirk were very professional. They arrived on time each day, carefully ensured our furniture and floors were sealed and protected and cleaned up each day before they left. There was minimal dust after the removal of the popcorn ceiling and after both sanding jobs.

They did a beautiful job painting the ceiling and it looks amazing. We would highly recommend Mr. Skimcoat.

There are not enough adjectives to describe the amazing job Steve And his team did on our ceilings. Perfection is the first word that comes to mind. There is not one flaw! The job was done quickly with no mess. Steve repainted the bedroom and I wish I had the colour chosen for the family room as I would have asked him to paint that as well. His work is flawless!!! Steve and his team were amazing from start to finish. He helped remove our popcorn ceiling and installed potlights throughout the home. The team ensured the job was done perfectly before considering the job as done. They went above and beyond to ensure perfectly smooth ceilings, they even applied a third coat of plaster before priming and painting just to be sure it looked perfect. If we had any questions, Steve was extremely responsive and always reachable anytime of day. The job was done on time and on budget. I'd highly recommend his team.

Steve and his team did a wonderful job smoothing our ceilings; however, he took on more than he is capable of doing and in the end did not complete the job. Steve requested funds up front for work not completed He does not return calls or text messages. Steve abandoned the work he took on and started before disappearing from the job site.
I would only recommend Steve for smoothing ceilings and would not pay him until the job is completed to your satisfaction.

Mr Skimcoat came in and removed all of our popcorn ceiling. Their process is completely dustless and mess free. They then replastered, sanded, primed and painted all of the ceilings. Once all the work was done they brought in a cleaning crew. Their work is incredible!!! We highly recommend them!
