I had purchased a brand new convection stove, and my convection was not working. I had contacted the maker of my appliance, and had someone to come service it that same week. Rey had came to my house and it was able to determine the problem in a timely manner. Within one week, he was back with the replacement part. He was very courteous and efficient and had everything fixed for me in no time! I highly recommend their services.

My LG stove top would stay on high unless I unplugged it from the wall. Elite sent a technician to repair my LG stove under recall, reference RNN190730094224. The technician was very professional and fixed the problem by changing the control board. The technician's attitude was very positive, respectful at all times, reassuring. In my old house there are a number of things that need fixing, so I have seen many technicians come and go, but the one from Elite clearly stood because of his great attitude.

The company sent me appointment confirmation texts, and another text when they were 40 minutes away. The serviceman showed up on time and was polite and helpful upon arrival.
