Great service. I got a text reminder of the appointment time and then a 30min heads up before the technician came ON TIME! I know, I shouldn’t be all !!! about arriving on time, but it’s unusual in the service industry, so kudos to Elite Appliance Service (work order number :398932).

Work order 398273, scheduled a visit following day, called me 30 mins ahead to confirm arrival. Technician was well prepared to work under COVID restrictions (face mask, gloves etc). Clear communication, ensured I fully understand the issue and potential solution. Highly recommend.

398140- My samsung dryer (9 years old) was not working. Elite appliance sent over Rex. He did a thorough job taking apart the dryer and cleaned it out as well as testing it. Happy with the job Rex did.

394115 - Temperature was high in the main compartment but freezer was ok. Larry arrived on time, he was very professional and was able to quickly identify the problem. He got the fridge to a working condition meanwhile we waited for the replacement part. He came back three days later with the replacement part and finished the job. Probably the best service experience I have ever had; straight forward, no nonsense, no drama, very clean and worth every penny.

Fridge and oven range - reference # 4152175533

My tech came to look at my fridge and gas oven. He was very kind and efficiently solved the problem. My gas range wasn't turning on and my fridge had an issue with the ice maker and he quickly solved both. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
