Colair Duct Cleaning

The Colair team were great from start to finish. We booked our service well in advance and they arrived on time and prepared for Covid protocols. The technician was patient and thorough and was accommodating in doing specific areas first so as to not interrupt my meetings. The invoicing and payment were digital which was quick and easy. I highly recommend the Colair team. I will be a returning customer for sure!

Colair fixed a blocked air duct from our clothes dryer. I needed it done asap and Jaime was able to squeeze us in the next day! With the demand and slowdown due tio Covid we were really happy they could accommodate us so quickly. Cameron was on time, friendly and resolved the duct blockage efficiently. Because of our pleasant experience, we booked Colair a month later o clean [he ducts in our house. Jake arrived on time and was also ver pleasant to deal with. I had Colair in to clean the ductwork in an old house. They arrived on time and explained what they would be doing. They were tidy and careful. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

The technician was very professional. Received a confirmation of appt the day before and technician called prior to arrival. He was mindful of leaving the door open as it’s cold out and kept it shut as much as possible. He didn’t wear shoes inside the house (I didn’t ask, he just took them off) and worked independently. He asked before using disinfectant and allowed me to smell the bottle to make sure it wouldn’t give me a headache. I really appreciated that. He also swept around all the vents before he left and there was not a speck of dirt or dust from this service. I did my best to give him space around the vents before arrival but he did have to move some smaller pieces of furniture to access vents and he did so without any annoyance. I have a 14 year old dog who can be yappy with strangers but he was absolutely wonderful at trying to make friends with her and assured me that she was driving me more crazy than him. Again, I appreciated that. All in all a really great experience and I have already recommended Colair to all my family and friends.
