Colair Duct Cleaning

Customer service and scheduling response was very responsive. The appointment itself was a bit tardy, but that's ok, at least the technician had given a call to let me know that the would be coming a bit later due to a previous job taking a bit longer. Other than that, the duct cleaning service performed was completed in the time they had mentioned and the technician took the time to walk me through process. He had also showed before/after pictures and definitely would recommend Colair.

The appointment process was excellent and there was great communication at all points. The technicians arrived on time and were professional. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. When completed the techs ensured everything was back to normal, less our dusty duct work.

The before and after pictures were amazing. The ducts looked like new and you could actually read the maker's stamp on them.

We have noticed better air quality in our home since the cleaning, and our little dog's allergies seem to have slowed down considerably - and he snores less at night now.

Follow up was great, ensuring we were completely satisfied. Billing was convenient and quick.

I will recommend them and I will be using them in the future.

Asked for an estimate got it quickly. They cleaned 34 vents plus my dryer vent. Cleaning went well. The gentlemen were professional and friendly.

We had a garage fire we were not going to be able to get our ductwork cleaned for 3 weeks. They came out immediately within 18 hours had cleaned all the vents in our house.

Was recommended this company from a friend who had used them as well. I was so worried about getting a good company, not one of those ones that call you or go door to door. I am VERY impressed with the work and am super happy with the lack of dust in my house now. Great job Colair!!

The technician was nice and on time. However when he cleaned the duct, he opened all the vents and did not cover any supply vents when he did the cleaning. Hence dust was everywhere and I am not sure the suction would be strong enough to clean the vents since they were all opened so the air leaked out. The technician only covered the returned vents when he cleaned them.
