Colair Duct Cleaning

My furnace broken down during the coldest time of the year, and just before the weekend. Colair sent a technician immediately who diagnosed the problem. I was in contact with Colair over the weekend and they were responsive and caring. A new furnace was installed soon afterwards.

Colair was recommended to me by family. I worked with Cole, Anthony and Jamie in the office. They were able to get me a same-day visit and were all very good with communication about timing/invoicing/problem with my furnace. Anthony was able to educate me on what was being checked and done and the possible fix. Furnace was fixed the same day and working smoothly.

Installation went like a hot knife through butter. Our service tech was awesome. Took into consideration the measurements we needed to make future restorations and current setup. Sales staff we're/are super easy to communicate with. We we're informed of energy saving rebates, along with manufacturers rebates.

We'd also had our ducts cleaned when we initially bought and took over the house.

I would highly recommend these folks for any HVAC needs.

Cameron came in to clean our ducts. He was very professional, followed Covid 19 guidelines, and did a great job!

The technician that came over to our home to clean all of our ducts did a fantastic job and was very nice and respectful. Great customer service as well when we called and booked for a duct cleaning. They were very nice and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone and I would definately call them again in the future.
