Technician was on time, very organized, took time to explain the process. Very detailed, also offered to clean the bathroom fans free of charge.

I've already done the research for you! :) As someone who recently moved to Canada, this was my first time getting duct cleaning done, so I had no prior knowledge about it. Caco and Andres are true professionals. Not only is their work meticulous, but their interpersonal skills are top-notch as well. They clearly answered all the questions I asked and thoroughly explained the procedures they would be performing. Even though they didn't have to, they took the time to educate me about the furnace system, which I knew nothing about. Moreover, the quote provided by the company was the best in terms of value for money compared to other companies, and there were no frustrating surprises like hidden fees or price hikes. All vents are cleaned in an approximately 1950 square feet house as well as the dryer vent, plus filters have changed. Before and later photos are taken. They cleaned up the mess after the job.
