The service technicians Damien and Yousef were excellent.
Very professional polite, courteous and detailed.
They communicated very well, explaining the procedure, length of time, pictures before and after, showing potential issues and finally informing me of benefits of maintenance on our dryer lint catcher. I would highly recommend this team.
I would give them 99/100. Only one small improvement.
When Yousef entered our backyard to run the hose into our house, when he was done and took the hose back their service truck, he forgot to shut our gate. We have 2 dogs and thank goodness I saw the gate open when I took out our recycling or else the dogs could have run loose on the street.
That's all no harm no foul!

The technician, Caco, was very polite and explained everything that he was going to do. He asked if it was okay before he moved things, such as the Christmas tree, in order to gain access to the vents. He also figured out the best path for the vacuum tube in order to minimize disruption in the house.

They showed me pictures of before and after, and that made a difference.

Naturally after completing my home renovations the next obvious step was to have the ducts and furnace cleaned to remove the dust and debris that built up. Feeling low air flow from two vents I had them inspected to find that one internal flap was down and a decent sized piece of wood was blocking the other. How did they know? They used a camera to locate the blockage and high pressure vacuum to remove it. Just amazing and their customer service was better than expected.
