Crew arrived on time and explained what the service entailed. Very efficient and knowledgeable. The crew were very friendly and followed all COVID protocols. I was shown pictures of the ducts before and after clearing.

Called Air Force to come clean the duct work - man was glad I did - these guys are amazing and did a great job!!!

They answered all my questions and told everything they were going to do step by step.

If you need your ducts cleaned - do not hestiate on calling Air Force!!

Great experience start to finish. Prompt reply when I sent an email asking for service, the appointment was booked in a timely manner, with lots of instructions and guidance before. I was advised before the time they would arrive, and the gentleman called me to say they were on their way about half an hour before. They were exactly on time. The two gentlemen were very kind, friendly, and professional. They wore the appropriate PPE. He showed me before and after photos of the ducts (what a difference!!) and advised when I should book them back in. Very happy and will definitely call them the next time we need duct cleaning.
