I had a clog, loud running water noises and prolonged post flush struggles coming from the toilet this morning. Given that it's the only toilet in the condo, I called GTA plumbing services and they sent someone out within 2 hours - not to mention that we're in a pandemic.

My technician was EDRISS. He wore a N95 mask and gloves. He was extremely helpful and definitely knew what he was doing. He unclogged the toilet and he diagnosed the struggling flush that the toilet was making. He removed the flapper and showed me that it was eroded. He quickly changed then heard further noises coming out of the tank. After a quick check, he showed me that the fill valve was leaking. He had everything handy and he quickly changed that too. After quadruple checking, the toilet flushes perfectly with no post flushing noises! He cleaned everything up and it works like new again! It costed $250+ tax for parts and labour, which I think is extremely reasonable giving the circumstances of these times. The 1 year warranty puts me at ease. Thank you Edriss!

Our house is built on a pad so there is no basement which creates a major problem if there is a leak.
We phoned GTA Plumbing one afternoon and as promised they arrived the next morning to give us a quote.
We phoned a couple of days later and again as promised they arrived to do the repair. It was a complex repair involving breaking up our concrete floor. The job was completed and the cost was as quoted.
Since some ceramic tiles were broken and as we had extras they installed these to give us a clean finish at no extra cost

Had an amazing experience with GTA Plumbing Services from start to finish. Called Ahmad for a crack in my bathtub. We was able to send in a technician the same day. Bill Arrived at the scheduled time, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the bathub for me. We was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. After he was done he cleaned the area spotless. I was very impressed and pleased with the service provided. Would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend Their service.

I can support that the Homestars recommendations for GTA Plumbing Services are true. Edriss and Ahmad came to my house to fix a clogged pipe and did such a great job. They were very professional, were very careful not to make a mess and were very knowledgeable. Once they were done unclogging the pipe, I mentioned that I was having another issue with a toilet and they fixed it right on the spot. So impressed. Definitely call them if you need a plumber.

We recently fully renovated our kids bathroom. GTA plumbing services did an incredible job. They were curious, professional and great to work with. They completeld the job really fast knowing that we had two small babies.
We also had a leak in our master bathtub and Edriss was able to remove tile without breaking them and fixed the issue. We were very impressed with Edriss. His workmanship and experience definately shows. Best plumber I have ever worked with!!!
