Rod and Transform Renovations were incredible. We were dealing with multiple problems and flooding issues in our laundry room and Rod met with us to give us various solutions in how to fix everything. He explained everything thoroughly, so we could have a full understanding and answered all our questions kindly and calmly. He was also so incredibly knowledgable Ave confident in what he was doing that we feel thay we do not have to worry anymore in the middle of the night that there will be any more problems.

Absolutely an incredible team to work with. I know that I wouldnt have been able to get this business off the ground if it wasnt for their help. Professional and timely, and the biggest factor, I could trust them. For a GC, that is without a doubt the most important thing.
I would suggest Transform Renovations for any size of a project, including a complete new business construction.

Transform Renovations were fantastic to work with. The level of quality and attention to detail met and exceeded our expectations. Rod and his team are exceptionally responsive and were able to fully bring our dream ensuite and main floor bathroom renovation dreams to life. Transform managed all the contractors, suppliers and took care of every detail. They have a great eye for design and current style trends while ensuring the highest degree of space utilization and functionality. Rod and his team did an excellent job getting the drywall completed for our basement. His team was friendly and efficient and the price was competitive.

Transform Renovations was fantastic to work with, from beginning to end! Rod works with you to get your project/quote to the budget you're looking for. He uses trades that are reliable and do a fantastic job. If anything wasn't up to Rod's standards (which I didn't even notice certain small details), he has them come back to fix things. Rod's eye for detail is fantastic! Sarah is a designer and will come along with you to pick out materials, if you'd like. I found Sarah's design and input extremely helpful when picking out our tiles, countertops and paint colors. It was great to have a professional opinion on making sure our product selections were going to flow nicely. Transform Renovations was also very flexible about accepting last minute changes (ie: paint color)!
I would highly recommend working with Rod and Sarah and I'm hoping to have them redo more of our house very soon!

We recently used Transform Renovation to redesign and renovate our mudroom. We are very pleased with the results. Rod had great suggestions on how to improve our initial design idea, which better utilized the space and added functionality. We love our new mudroom and would use Transform Renovations again.

We recently had our kitchen and family room renovated by Transform Renovations. We were very happy with the quality of the work done. Rod from Transform Renovations was a great resource in helping us plan our custom built window bench with storage drawers and bookcases. He advised us on design, building materials and paint choices to accommodate our young kids. He also pre-built and painted all pieces then showed up on time to complete the installation to minimize disruption to our family. He stayed within his budget and his attention to detail resulted in a fantastic job completed on time with cost exactly as quoted.
