I found HVAC Outsource here on Homestars. Demitri was quick to reply. Pricing was super-competitive; which was very attractive, but worrisome because we’ve all dealt with people who cut corners.

My fears were unfounded: Demitri answered all my questions while I was deciding. He arrived promptly. The humidifier was exactly as we had discussed. The installation was quick and efficient.

A great experience! Will definitely call HVAC Outsource for future needs.

Water softener And RO

Ness Pure installed whole house water softener(chlorosoft) and RO systems professionally. We are very happy with the instantiation and the quality of work. Dimitri and team paid good attention to the details and they were open to ideas from us like pressure gauge for inlet/outlet and waste water storage for irrigation.

Humidifier replacement

I had to replace an old humidifier and booked an appointment with Anthony who answered promptly to all my questions. Demitri came to install the new humidifier, explained all options, completed work in a professionally and timely manner, cleaned-up and everything works as expected. I would definitely recommend HVAC Outsource and thank them for easily completing this project.

Dmitry is very professional and knowledgeable about things related but not limited to humidifier. Work nicely done. It seemed that he was training a new guy too. Garbage cleaned after done the work. Will definitely recommend to someone else.
