Mr Handyman of Burnaby, New Westminster & N Vancouver

I bought a Midea air-conditioner and had tried to get an installation from Rona where it was bought. It was a convoluted process, difficult to get hold of customer service and the sub-contractor when finally arrived, decided that he should get more money than what had already been paid even before the service was performed. Fortunately, I got reimbursed and decided to contact Mr. Handyman. I was able to speak to a representative immediately. The customer service was excellent, an upfront range of cost of the service was given and they were able to schedule a technician to come within three business days, but actually contacted me and came in just two business days. The work took 1 1/2 hours with a patient technician who made sure all was in good working condition and left everything clean. I did not have to pay it on the spot or before the service was performed, but just called the office after the technician had left and submitted my credit card number safely over the phone. When needed I will call Mr. Handyman again. I called Mr. Handyman in the first place after reading the positive reviews in HomeStars.

The gentleman who came to assemble my recliner was courteous and professional. I would absolutely call Mr. handyman for other jobs around my apartment.

Had to retrofit a window to accommodate a 'thru the window' AC unit. Will also doing work in the upstairs bathroom. The work to date was top notch.

Andrey came and put in some trimming under a windowsill, replaced a fan vent, mounted a TV and installed a bolt lock above our door handle. The door handle was the challenging one because the door is steel and the bolt wouldn't fit above the handle. Andrey skillfully flipped the handle and was able to install the bolt lock. Not cheap but very good quality work.

I'm very happy with this repair. The communication with the company was seamless and I was able to set up an appointment easily. Tim did a great job getting my closet door repaired and without needing any additional parts. It is working perfectly again! I'll definitely use their services the next time I need things done around the home.

This is a very efficient company. They do excellent work and get it right before they are finished. If it is not perfect they will come up with a different solution. They are also willing to jump in if an emergency arises.
I am so impressed I have called them back for a second time.
All my little jobs have been done now, and I am enjoying my home again.

On time arrival, very polite and professional, excellent workmanship , clean and very organized. Very happy with performance and I would recommend them to others. Door dog is installed nicely.

Andre was professional, efficient and very courteous. Definitely would have him back for future work. He was prompt and took time to ensure that pictures were properly balanced and secure.

Older home, 3 downspouts had come away from gutters.
Tech took time and care and used his knowledge and professionalism to work through the various adversities the job presented and complete what needed to be done, he also provided the courtesy of advising me on progress.
Excellent job done as was put to the test with rain downpour not hours after completion!
I will use Mr Handyman again and was glad I called them!
