I heard a loud bang from my garage, in the morning I discovered my garage door would not open. I had heard from friends who have used ONC that they were a great choice. One garage door was not closing fully, and they were both noisy and old. Jordan gave me his analysis and recommended work, which was carried out the next day. All in good order now.

Dave from ONC came over and looked at what was requested. As our original doors are 14 years old, he recommended replacement of the springs, as well as our request for the bottom seal replacement. We also asked for side and top seals to help keep the heat in our garage this winter. He also put in a new outside keypad to make it more user friendly. He carefully adjusted, leveled everything and things are working as they should. For the amount of work done, I thought it was good value. Happy wife...Happy life...

Called them in the morning to replace weatherstripping on both doors. Came in that same day and replaced the weatherstripping, rollers and one spring. Very professional, curious and clean.
