Faddy, George and their crew came in, worked hard and even changed their schedule to finish the job on time. They did a nice job installing the wide plank hardwood floor. They were easy to work with and I would be happy to work with them again

3 years we have been wanting to change the tile floor since move in date.
After what seemed like speaking with numerous contractors, we were so thankful to have stumbled across The Brothers Flooring, specifically, Faddy.
From the get go, Faddy walked us through what was involved in tile removal and new install for our condo kitchen and hallway floors. He took the time to answer all our questions, regardless of how silly a few of them seemed (due to concerns raised by other contractors) and what appeared to be obstacles for others, Faddy presented amazing options for us which won our confidence that we would finally have our new porcelain tile floors. With a most reasonable quote. They were also familiar with condo regulations which was greatly reassuring as it could be very specific and they abided by all requests of the condo board.

We purchased the porcelain tile product on our own, but Faddy ensured we had the recommended square footage to purchase with safety and presented an estimated timeline for completion and worked with our busy schedule.
The teams who worked on our floors for demo, grout, install were beyond professional and always advised what would occur for the day. Also they left us messages as to how to navigate around the demo and new install. They really took the care to ensure we were not guessing at any level. They were professionals at all levels. Shout out to Martin (Grout and tile install) who put my mind at ease during the install and guided me through the grout selection process (who knew!?)
Faddy was always in touch with us if he could not be in our suite due to ongoing commitments and we never felt we were "on our own". Clean up was greatly appreciated due to dust and open concept condo and while the completion timeline took a few days longer (nothing to do with The Brothers Flooring and everything to do with condo developer related structural issues) the end result was beyond what we could have hoped for after 3 years. My floors shine and the space has transformed!!! THANK YOU BROTHERS FLOORING!

It was so great and reassuring to work with such an honest, fair and professional service, who treated our home with respect, especially as we were still living there during the renos.
While the end result could always look great, we were blown away by the level of service and customer experience from beginning to end... a very rare quality today.

We wish we would have known about Faddy and The Brothers flooring 3 years ago when we did our wood floors but know they will be our first call for the next time... bedroom floors? :)

Faddy and George and their team had worked hard for leveling and to install new flooring at my house and their work was practically perfect. They are best of best!! Would recommend all the time.

The Brothers Flooring Inc., delivered what they promised. My floor looks beautiful; it’s a joy to walk on it and show it to my friends. The team worked long hours and diligently to complete the job within the timeframe promised. Faddy responded to all my questions (and I had many) promptly and was even able to get me a small discount on the flooring. Faddy, George, Amjed, Keon and Kevin were very professional, respectful and friendly, and were very easy to talk to and deal with. Even when I got in their way sometimes they never displayed any anger or displeasure. They listened to any comments/concerns I had and were able address them or explain to me why something couldn't be done in a particular way. They promptly removed all debris/garbage resulting from the removal of the old floor, and even washed my driveway clean. I am very pleased with the job they did and would definitely hire them again for any future project within their expertise. Thanks to the entire team.

Brothers came into my project short notice, They were able to tile the shower and surrounding walls in excellent time and quality. I really appreciate their efforts to do a very professional job.

Faddy, George, and team did a fantastic job on my tile, 2’ x 4’ porcelain....not easy...and my vinyl plank flooring. Not to mention they were super responsive, fast and clean. Anytime there were extra items I requested...they were accommodating and more than fair. I will definitely use them again.

We needed our basement bathroom floors tiled in a quick time frame. Faddy was absolutely accommodating with our schedule and booked us in the following week. His tillers came in and did an amazing job! I was impressed by how fast and efficient they were. They laid down mats to protect my floors in my home. The tiles were laid beautifully. Faddy, George and the team were outstanding. They provided us with fast responses, multiple options and were open, honest and professional with us the whole way. We ran into issues that were not expected (mould) and these guys jumped in to help us out without question. Their work is second to none. The staircase was done beautifully with not a single issue, scratch or dent. Our floors are amazing, it feels like we are in a new home. The team was extremely friendly and kept us updated through out everything. Their craftsmanship and work ethics are second to none. We have used others in the past for our renovations but Faddy and George will be getting the call first from now on. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Faddy repaired several scratched floor boards in my condo unit a couple of weeks ago. The quality of the work was very good and it is not possible to see which boards were the replacement. The work took several hours and the price quoted was reasonable. I found Faddy to be honest in describing the repair that needed to be done and then doing the job well.
