Referred to this company via a friend and excellent work and services provided by Evan, Daniel, Lois and team. They were great to work with and we are constantly in communications regarding the renovation. Evan was extremely helpful and responded in a prompt fashion whenever I have inquiries regarding materials that I need to purchase for the renovation. In short, I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a bathrooms makeover.

Evan and his team did an amazing job on our kitchen reno! We were so pleased with the work they did. Michael and Jax were the team members that worked on our project. They were respectful; they were on time and showed up when they said that they would. They wore masks in our house when they spoke with us. They asked us for our input just in case we were really picky of how we wanted things. They were patient with us when we had to wait on our cabinet guys to get an answer for any questions they had. They showed up on days to check up on the cabinet team's work just to make sure things would line up and work properly. They really alleviated a lot of stress that we felt during the renos. They guided us on some design issues. They were really patient and just great guys to work with. I loved that they are detail-oriented, they were even picky with their own work and it showed that they care about doing a great job. They were hard-working, competent, knowledgeable and cleaned up after each day. We would recommend and work with them for future projects.

Evan and his team did a fantastic job on our basement renovation and made the project stress free. The team worked extremely hard, had great workmanship and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Evan was clear, helpful, provided excellent suggestions when there was uncertainty, very responsive and easy to work with. Renovation project for 1000 Sq. ft. condo, replacing one washroom, all flooring replaced, and walls painted.

We appreciated Evan's attention to details, patience in helping us choose suitable material and designs. Team members were courteous and knowledgeable. On top, they were ahead of schedule and finished the project early, and had time to put in a few extras for us. Good craftsmanship, and quality of work very professional. Evan and his team did an incredible job! They were always on time and was extremely hard working, they were often here from 8 am to 8 pm (even on weekends) to make sure our work was done on time and done well. We had some fixes that we wanted to get done around the house as well they did for us efficiently and on certain occasions, without charging us extra for which we really appreciated. The work itself was amazing and the team is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I recently had my bathroom renovated by Jiangs Home Renovation. From start to finish I was completely satisfied. I called many contractors and it seemed like everyone was too busy to return calls and texts, too late with responses, or had wanted to quote "over the phone" which doesn't work for me. When I called Evan he answered my call and right away. He even began to answer questions I had about drains for my bathroom shower before he even came out to do the quote. We set a time and he showed up on time and kept communicating prior to his initial visit. He quoted me in one day and we came to an agreement. His price was fair and he gave me suggestions to help the design process.

Evans crew which was Michael (team leader) and the other guys were very professtional. They showed up on time, and worked late which was very admirable. They barely made any noise and helped me decide on some design issues I couldn't make my mind up on. They even came in on Saturday. They are very good guys you can trust to work inside your home. They also picked up some materials for me which I didn't have time to purchase. Whenever I had an issue with something I communicated it to Evan and his team and they fixed it to my liking. They wanted to make sure I was happy, and I really appreciated that. They also did small things for me which wasn't apart of the quote and were happy to make changes and alterations.

I am so happy with my new washroom and will use them again. Thanks Evan , and thanks to your team , Michael and the crew.

We hire Evan's team for renovating two washrooms, basement and whole house painting. Compared to previous contractor we used nice years ago, Evan's team shows high lever of professions efficiency from all aspects. Evan is very nice and patient. He has solid knowledge of renovations and always puts himself in clients' shoes and provides constructive recommendations to us, in terms of what to upgrade and what to keep. His team has done great job to fix critical problems of what previous contractor has left and to make our home pretty and modern. The renovation is done shorter than designated time frame without sacrificing quality.

We hired Evan to renovate our kitchen.
Evan arrived to our home to inspect before providing the quotation. During the initial visit, Evan provided us few professional tips regarding the floor and baseboards. The quotation, which followed, was very reasonable (compare to other eight contractors, which we spoke with). We set a day and time in which the demolition work will start. Evan and his team arrived just on time, set the site for work (covered other room’s openings, protected the floor, Bin was waiting outside).The demolition was completed within few hours just as Evan said.
Louis, Evan’s team leader, did a remarkable job as he repaired the dry walls and install new walls where needed. Louis also did an excellent job to put the floor’s tiles, paint the walls and later on completed the back-splash. The job was done extremely well and we are very pleased with the outcome.
Evan and Louis were very cooperative and met all our time lines as we worked with other vendors at the same time
Evan provided us names of vendors where we bought the tiles and counter top. The prices were good as well as the quality. Evan took care of the tiles to arrive to the site.
Evan was on top of things and kept to be in touch with us all along the work and after.
We will most certainly use Evan’s services in the future for any job required in the house

We had Jiangs refinish our entire staircase (which was previously carpeted) and renovate the basement, which was poorly done by the previous contractors/homeowners. Evan, the main contractor was very responsive and easy to deal with. He provided us with a very fair estimate and was very mindful about our requests. These guys are busy, so we had to wait several weeks before they were able to start.

His team are very hardworking individuals and overall, we were satisfied with the job. What we think needs some fine tuning, are their finishing touches to the finer details - It sort of felt like some of the renovation was rushed (Had overspray of paint onto another accent wall, trim pieces weren't perfect and some aesthetic decisions were questionable).

However, all things considered we were happy with the finished result as they did fix most of what we had pointed out and we mostly got what we originally wanted. I would recommend these guys especially based on price and the speed at which they worked at. I do appreciate that Evan himself seems like he cares about the job and wants to make sure his clients are happy.
