We contacted the Imperial General Contractor to remodel our kitchen. Shafi was absolt with a pleasure to deal with. He and His crew are professional, and he knows what they are doing. The work was done on time and within budget.

Hired Shafi and Eraj for some work on my basement stair railing and kitchen flooring. They showed up on time and got straight to work. The railing now feels sturdy, and the new kitchen floor looks clean and modern. What stood out was their professionalism and how they cleaned up after themselves each day. We contracted Imperial Renovation to replace a load-bearing wall with LVL beams on two support columns. Shafi was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Shafi helped with a small project building bulkheads in my townhome. He and his team were punctual, respectful of the home, did great work and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them and plan to hire them again for future projects.

Shafi (and Eraj) were fantastic to work with throughout our entire project of rebuilding our existing sunroom to eventually convert into a laundry room. They were professional and gracious from beginning to end. We had issues with the permits that caused some delays however these guys were accommodating and understanding. The quality of work was top notch and we are already making a list of new projects to work on with him. Highly highly recommend!
