Although I was disappointed that my 2.5 year-old THOR Wine cooler was basically rendered unfixable, I was happy with the quality of service and the explanation as to what was wrong and why it was not worth fixing. Cost of cooler in March 2020 was 800.00 approximately, the quote to fix it was between 800.00 and 1500.00 so the decision to scrap it and cut my losses was easy. Vivek and Mac were very courteous and professional.
