Midnight Building Corp

Older house that had brick from 1940s. We needed to remove and wanted to update the house. Also was having waterproofing issues. Midnight quoted and started the job right away. House looks amazing. For privacy issues I cannot post photos of my house.

Michelle and I found Midnight on homestars. We had a request and they responded immediately. They even scheduled an apppintment very conveniently. They had multiple crews so could give us good pricing and a quick start time. The job was done seamlessly and the best part was their after job service. Many contractors run away after they get the money. They cleaned up odds and ends for us until we were totally satisfied. Great job Mario and team!

I hired Midnight to do two jobs. One was a brand new house construction in Thornhill and the other was a new kitchen in my parents place in Vaughan. Both were done really well. I will use them again.

They provided a reasonable quote and timeline. The workers were clean and efficient. We first used them for the basement reno then for the garage after that.

Firstly, I have had many bad experiences with contractors. I usually don't bother writing emotional rude reviews. However, I do feel that when a contractor does a great job, it should be posted publicly. These guys far exceeded my expectations. The job wasn't huge but they still kept it clean and professional so we could live the best we could at home while the work was going on.

The boys from Midnight Building took care of this job. They were patient, on time, designed a great kitchen, and even went with us to pick out appliances (didnt mark them up). Definitely will use them again when I do my downstairs.
