Ferma Constructing Company, They’re excellent in what they do! They prep the area first to ensure that they are only touching the areas they are painting and they cover the whole floors for whole room to paint. As a new home owner, I was searching for a company to do a paint job my townhouse (walls, ceilings, trims, baseboards, doors and closets, including sanding + patch work that needed to be done before any painting could take place). Fred responded to my request promptly for a quote and was flexible with setting up a date and time to come to the townhouse to assess and give me a quote before my house closed. He was very honest with his assessment and accurately quoted the job that I wanted done. He was prompt and on time each and every day when working on the house. He personally was there every single day. He was also honest with the amount of time it would take to complete the job, and worked a full weekend so that he could finish on time. He ended up finishing a day early so that I could do a full deep clean my new home before I moved in. This really helped me out with scheduling and orchestrating such a big move from the GTA.

With COVID-19 forcing all paint stores to shut down to the public, Fred dropped off his sample paint colour books directly to my home so that I could choose paint colours instead of just searching on the internet! This made it so easy for me and gave me a chance to take my time with selecting 10 different colours.

Fred is a true professional and absolutely loves what he does. He is a seasoned professional and his staff is also amazing. His attention to detail is impeccable and he takes a lot of pride in his work. He is very humble, kind and loves to see all of his clients satisfied with truly amazing before and after transformations. My place went from basic white, contractor grade gritty walls to an absolutely smooth, beautiful, modern, and fresh home! The paint finishes throughout the house are absolutely amazing. Fed was fast to respond to my request for a quote. When we agreed to a contracted price and start date he showed up exactly when he said he would. He painted my entire main floor, mudroom, powder room, stairwell and upstairs hallway in less than 3 days. His attention to detail was excellent, I was very impressed! Ferdi was an absolute joy and did such a fantastic job painting over dated wood doors, trim, baseboards and stair risers. The quality was fantastic and he was very efficient. Fred’s attention to detail was so reassuring especially during such a stressful time while we were moving.
